RealMatchReview is an independent review site for dating apps and websites. We sign up for every platform we review — creating real profiles, sending real messages, and testing free and paid features — so our recommendations are based on actual experience, not marketing materials.
How We Test
Every dating site goes through the same process:
- Sign up with a real profile and complete the full onboarding
- Use the platform daily for at least two weeks
- Test both free and premium features
- Measure match quality, message response rates, and ease of use
- Compare pricing against what you actually get
We then score each site on a 5-point scale and write our verdict.
Our Rating Scale
★★★★★ 4.5–5.0 — Exceptional. Best in class, few downsides.
★★★★½ 3.8–4.4 — Very good. Strong choice with minor flaws.
★★★½ 3.0–3.7 — Decent. Works, but better options exist.
★★ Below 3.0 — Not recommended. We tell you why.
